Q1.How many years quality guarantee for our locks?
-We provide 3~5 years quality guarantee for lock body and cylinders. We can send you the substituation in next order if the defectives confirmed by us. We can provide you some replaceable accessories when you order but you need to tell us beforehand.
Q2. What is the MOQ?
-General 600 units per style for handles, 500~1000 units for lock body and door cylinders. Some items need 1000~2000 units per order.
Q3.Can we get some free samples to do the test?
-Depend on our stocks of your required styles have or not. But you have to pay the charges of certain parts and freight.
Q4.Do your factory develope or customize new items? Or put our logo/brand on products?
-Yes, we do. But the mould or tool fees beared by you or agreed by negotiation.
We can put your logo/brand on products or packages, but the quantity per order not less than the printing MOQ, i.e. general 3000 units per logo/brand.
Q5. Are you reliable supporter?
-You can order through Alibaba Trade Assurance or you can Make a trial Order to Check Out.
Q6.How to order?
1) Please tell us what kind of model you need.
2)We make Proforma Invoice to you.
3)Please check and confirm the Proforma Invoice.
4)Once we confirmed the order,please pay it soon.
5)After payment , all goods will be sent to you in 40~60 working days around. Shipping method depend on you require.
